Another important point: the amount of anti-inflammatory drugs and antioxidants, which protect against the harmful effects of fat, was higher than for other guinea pigs....

The conclusion of this experiment is therefore clear: cinnamon is an excellent fat burner and would limit the dangerous effects of a diet too rich in fat. Note that cinnamon helps regulate the menstrual cycle and alleviate menstrual pain. It is also used as a treatment for vaginal infections. This spice comes from the inner part of the bark of cinnamon, a tree native to southern India.
